How we protect your information and account

Encryption

All data leaving your device to rejekitoto passes through SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers; DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS handle payment processing directly. We audit encryption quarterly.

Data Retention

We keep your account details for the lifetime of your account. After you close your account, we retain transaction records for 7 years to comply with local finance rules. Cookies expire after 90 days of inactivity.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies to keep you logged in, track your lobby behaviour so we can show you games you play often, and measure traffic. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing account access.

Account Verification

Before your first withdrawal, we verify your phone number via SMS and your payment method via a micro-deposit test. Verification usually takes under 5 minutes. This protects your funds and prevents account fraud.

Right to Your Data

You can request a download of all your account data by emailing [email protected] with your account email. We provide a CSV file within 14 days. You can also request deletion of non-essential data after account closure.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a transaction or withdrawal was processed incorrectly, contact our support team within 30 days with transaction details. We investigate and respond with findings and any reversal within 10 business days.

Questions about rejekitoto terms and your rights

No. Our terms allow one account per person. If we detect multiple accounts linked to your phone, email or payment method, we close all of them and may hold any balance for 90 days pending investigation. Use the same login every time you visit.

Visit the login page, tap 'Forgot password', and enter your registered email or phone number. We send a reset link valid for 1 hour. If you can't access your email, contact our live chat team with your account email and phone number; we verify your identity and help you regain access.

Withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS usually arrive within 1 hour once approved. Your request is reviewed within 2 hours; if you request on a weekend or after 10 PM in Jakarta time, approval may extend to the next business morning. We notify you by email when your withdrawal starts.

Your deposits are held in a segregated account separate from our operating funds. If rejekitoto faces a technical failure, your balance is protected by this legal separation. We back this up with daily reconciliation audits and monthly third-party reviews of our payment records.

We do not sell your data. We share phone and email with DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS only to process your payments and verify your identity. We share anonymised play stats (no names, no payment details) with game studios so they can improve their titles. We do not share data with marketing partners or advertisers.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Account Settings, select 'Close Account', and request withdrawal. Your balance is transferred to your registered payment method within 24 hours. Once closed, you cannot reopen that email address; you'd need to register a new account from scratch.

If you file a dispute with your bank or payment provider without alerting our support team first, we treat it as a breach of these terms. Your account is immediately suspended pending investigation. Contact our team within 7 days to resolve the issue; otherwise your account may be closed and your balance held for 90 days.
